1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Hot Player Plus, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application, website, or related services.
2. The service
Hot Player Plus is media-player software for playlists and provider details supplied by the user. It does not include, host, sell, or provide television channels, movies, series, radio stations, IPTV packages, or content subscriptions.
3. Limited permission to use
You may use Hot Player Plus for personal, lawful purposes on supported devices, subject to these terms and any applicable store rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Your playlists and content
You are responsible for every playlist, provider account, credential, URL, and item of content you use. You must have the rights and permissions required to access and play that content. Hot Player Plus does not verify, endorse, or control third-party providers and is not a party to your agreement with them.
5. Device security
The virtual MAC identifies an app installation but is not confidential proof of ownership. If Lock MAC is disabled, a person who knows or guesses the virtual MAC may be able to change its playlists through the website. You are responsible for keeping the virtual MAC and provider credentials secure and for enabling Lock MAC and a PIN when appropriate.
6. Prohibited use
- Do not use the service to infringe copyright or other rights.
- Do not submit credentials, playlists, or device identifiers without authorization.
- Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, or security features.
- Do not distribute malware, disrupt infrastructure, scrape protected data, or use automated traffic that burdens the service.
- Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Hot Player Plus or sell unauthorized products under its name.
7. Activation and pricing
Application activation and playlist access are separate. Displayed prices relate only to player access unless expressly stated otherwise. The website does not currently provide online checkout or collect payment information. Any future checkout, refund, or renewal terms will be shown before a purchase is accepted.
8. Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable. Third-party providers, networks, devices, and app stores may affect playback or access. We may update the application or these services to improve functionality, security, or compatibility.
9. Intellectual property
Hot Player Plus software, branding, website design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every provider, or the availability or legality of third-party content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hot Player Plus is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from third-party services, unauthorized playlist changes, or your use of content.
11. Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.
12. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the Contact us link in the website header.
